Where it all began...
My journey to Wellness Transformation Coaching was born from my own experiences; I once worked exhaustive (actually stupid) hours running my own first opinion practice with minimal rest, scarcely allowing myself time to recuperate or replenish. This unsustainable lifestyle led me to experience burnout and subsequent mental health challenges. It was fairly unpleasant, but I was not unique, even though I felt alone.
That's when I decided to dig deeper, to get to know myself. I had never stopped to think about any of this until I was in a hospital bed, recovering from burnout. I started reading, exploring, and eventually training as a life coach myself. I focused on preventing burnout to start with.
Then, I learned how to align my life with my true values and passions, and it was like a lightbulb went on! Suddenly, everything started to change when I realised I could help others feel this same transformation I had. From my experiences, I've crafted a straightforward yet impactful approach to wellness & self-care using positive psychology-based tools to manage stress & prevent burnout.
I aim to provide you with a clear map to better pathways, highlighting potential challenges, guiding you through your transformation, and equipping you with positive psychology tools to support and sustain your journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
